Ministry of Finance or Registrar of Unclaimed Money DOES NOT APPOINT any individual / company / firm as an intermediary or agent for checking and refunding Unclaimed Money.
Those who have Unclaimed Money may check and apply for the refund directly to the Registrar of Unclaimed Moneys without incurring any service charge/cost.
Public are encouraged to use Unclaimed Money online checking service via eGUMIS Portal at https://egumis.anm.gov.my.
Unclaimed Moneys service counter resumes its operation from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Monday – Thursday) and 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (Friday). However, service is LIMITED to discourage crowd and ensuring social distance practices at BWTD’s counter.
Unclaimed Moneys service counter operating hour at AGDM State/Branch is subjected to each office management.
For Unclaimed Moneys submission by company/firm, representative of company/firm is required to made appointment with Account Unit by contacting 03-2056 8000 (Account Unit) or akaun.bwtd@anm.gov.my.
